Grammy award-winning and Golden Globe-nominated American country music singer, performer and actress who is often referred to as The Queen of Country, is known for her lively stage-shows and pop-tinged ballads. She has 31 albums, with more than 55 million records sold worldwide in her 33-year career.

McEntire was the most successful female recording artist in country music in the 1980s and 1990s, during which time she scored 23 number-one hits and released five gold albums, six platinum albums, two double-platinum albums, four triple-platinum albums, a quadruple-platinum album and a quintuple-platinum album, for certified album sales of 33.5 million over the 20-year period.

Pop rock singer, songwriter and occasional actress, Kelly Clarkson made her debut under RCA Records after she won the highly publicized first season of the television series American Idol. in 2002. She was originally marketed as a pop musician with her debut album Thankful.

With the release of her multi-platinum second album Breakaway, Clarkson moved to a more pop rock-oriented style of music. Clarkson’s third album, My December, was released in June 2007 and went platinum in many countries, including the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Australia. Clarkson has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide. Her fourth album is expected in the fall of 2008.
