Grand Sierra Resort Picks Hot August Nights Winner
Grand Sierra Resort and Casino names Bob and Nancy Smith the winners of the “Best of Show”

The Smiths from Lake Havasu City, Ariz. purchased their red 1955 Chevy Bel Air in 1993 for $2,000. After 15 years and $210,000 worth of restoration, the couple received the “Best of Show” award and a $10,000 prize. Their car will be featured on the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino collector chip for the 2009 Hot August Nights event.
