A panel of Hot August Nights’ sanctioned judges determined the following winners at Friday night’s Cruise:

· Best of Show went to Dennis McColly of Salem, OR for his hugger orange 1955 Chevy Sedan

· Judge’s Choice went to Ron Harris of Ashville, AL for his black sand 1947 Chevy Coupe; Runner-up was Bruce Covey of Sparks for his maroon and black 1933 Ford C400



· Atlantis’ Choice went to Jim McIntire of Stateline, NV for his blue and white 1966 Ford Cobra 427 S/C; Runner-up was Rod Hildebrand of Alpine, CA for his Ferrari Red 1957 Chevy 150

· Best Street Cruiser went to Tom Christian of Reno for his flat black 1933 Ford Coupe; Runner-up was Otto Waniczek of Lancaster, CA for his gray and black 1968 Ford Mustang

· Best Paint went to Michelle Vecsernyes of Riverside, CA for her general black 1970 Ford Boss 302 Mustang; Runner-up was R. Keith Pugh of Evergreen, AL for a sunset orange and white gold 1940 Ford Standard

· Special Interest went to Jim Elsmore of Reno for his red 1966 Shelby GT 350; Runner-up was Art Himsl of Concord, CA for his red and silver 1937 Road Liner-House Car

· Best Original Classic went to Jim Green of Reno for his red 1954 Ford Sunliner; Runner-up was Brian Eastman of Sparks for his green 1938 Packard Touring Car

· Best Rat Rod went to Rich Arnott of Napa, CA for his primer brown 1931 Ford Coupe; Runner-up was Ryan Hamel of Reno for his metal 1936 International Pick Up
