The Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival adds another new element to its offerings this season with a first ever collaboration with American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters. ASL specialists will be translating on stage at two of the Festival’s performances during this summer’s season including “Richard III” July 23 and “A Midsummer Nights Dream” July 24. Festival gates open at 5:30 p.m. and plays begin at 7:30 p.m.

The ASL team will also translate at the Young Shakespeare performance July 31 at the Robert Z. Hawkins Amphitheatre at Bartley Ranch.
