Indulge in the best cocktails, wine, small bites and now, live music at the Eldorado’s Cin Cin Bar and Lounge. Cin Cin (pronounced chin chin) presents Gil Thomas performing nightly in the intimate and luxurious lounge. Thomas will play a sophisticated piano set from 4 to 9 p.m.

Thomas’ live music set will add an element of romance and relaxation to the sophistication of Cin Cin. A breathtaking entrance to the Eldorado’s premiere Italian restaurant, La Strada, Cin Cin is the perfect spot for a before or after dinner cocktail. Cin Cin (pronounced Cin Cin) is defined as the Italian toast to good health, old friends and the pleasure of food and wine. The bar and lounge is reminiscent of an elegant Italian country farmhouse highlighted by a massive limestone fireplace, Italian-inspired cut-glass chandeliers and antique lamps with hand-beaded shades. The dramatic curved mahogany bar with a glass-enclosed wine cellar serves as its backdrop.

Happy Hour specials like half off martinis and appetizers are available from 4-6:00 p.m. Cin Cin also serves an array of wines available by the glass, including a Ferrari-Carano wine flight for $10, in addition to a specialty cocktail menu that utilizes fresh juices and infused spirits to create one-of-a-kind drinks. Specialty drinks include the Bella Bellini, a refreshing mix of Champagne and fresh Peach Nectar; Limencello Martini, a tangy martini enhanced with fresh lemon zest and the Italian Kiss, a romantic cocktail sure to leave a sweet taste in your mouth.

Cin Cin also offers savory Italian small bites from the famed La Strada, such as Calamari Fritti with Spicy Marinara and Basil Aioli, Shrimp and Scallop Brochette Gratinee, Cheese and Caramelized Belgian Endive and Creamy Polenta with Fresh Wild Mushrooms and Fontina Cheese.
