Head out to Reno-Stead Field for displays, performers and vendors
September 14, 2007
Aviation fans, friends and family continue to support pilots and organizers of the National Championship Air Races with attendance to the event. Although Friday's races are suspended, the scheduled events, displays and vendors continue to honor pilots and flight. Be a part of the 44th Annual National Championship Air Races.
Despite the tragic crashes that claimed the lives of three pilots from the National Championship Air Races, the action on the grounds at Reno-Stead Field is still alive and well.
Although Friday's races have been suspended, the fans continue to flock to the stands to see scheduled performances by Canadian Forces Snowbirds, US Air Force Heritage Flight, aerobatic and specialty acts featuring Dan Buchanan, Michael Goulian, David Martin, Kent Pietsch, Greg Poe and the Saab Performance Driving Team.
Displays are open for public viewing, including the Military Static Display.
Support the pilots, the event and the aviation family and friends by attending your National Championship Air Races.
